What’s Timeframe in which we accept returns?
30 days after the product has been received.
What should I do if I want to return the product?
1: Send us an email containing the reason of the return at firstname.lastname@example.org
2: We will reply to you with a email containing the return address based on where your package was fulfilled.
3: Return the product to the address that we will provide you with.
4: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Note: Our partner has several Warehouses around the world, for this reason, when one of our customers purchases a product, we ship the product from the closest Warehouse to the customer in order to receive your product as soon as possible.
That is why it is very important that you send us a email first if you want to return a product, So we can know and provide you with return address based on where your package was fulfilled.
Where are returns sent?
- Packages sent out from our partner US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our partner Charlotte facility. Its address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
- Packages sent out from our partner Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
- Packages sent out from our partner Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
- Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders).
- Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Japan are returned to: 817-3 Komiyaji, Shinwamachi, Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture, 8630101 Japan.
- Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Canada are returned to: 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
When will I get refunded?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Under what circumstances we offer returns and refunds?

We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. Packages lost in transit:
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
What if I accidentally put a wrong address during checkout ?
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
